Teacher's day this year wasn't bad. Played ultimate today but no game, so just threw around. Which is, still fun i guess! But i absolutely love those times johnson and i play alone and we just do 50m long hucks. Crazily awesome frisbee fun.
Anyways, after Frisbee, we just hung around and suddenly there was a window of opportunity to throw a smoke at Gerard whilst he was in the toilet. Being very zealous, I ran down the grandstand steps just so i could do it in time.
Long story cut short, the moment of folly cost me 9 stitches and 216 bucks. Thank goodness for SCHOOL INSURANCE.
My knee looks like a mangled mess cos though the wound has been stitched, there's still quite a bit of blood and pus i think. :/
On another note, the doctor i met really helped me to think about my future and the reasons one should do medicine. Friendly old chap (68years old) with a ponytail bout shoulder length (Ive never seen a doc sporting a ponytail before. LOL) whos just really passionate about what he's doing. And its that passion thats sustaining him even up to his relatively advanced age. Food for thought.

Work, work and more work..
Leaves me with a tired mind.
And the thought of the chem department killing us one more time is discomforting in the midst of all the studying.

Its a really hectic time and the stress is getting to me.
Just came back from church this sunday morning and left with this song in my head.
I lay every burden down,
At the foot of the cross
