The year's picking up. Hockey and Boys Brigade.

Hockey's gonna be cool this year, we've got an exciting group, but i think its really up to us to make it count and take our chances. Of course, thats not to say, that we wont have to step it up to another level in terms of fitness, discipline and technique. Its been a long time, since the end of last season, with the ending still so vivid. I must say its nice to have come so far together with the whole team, all improving in basics, dribbling, hits and all. Satisfying, considering that we started out together last year with everyone from a uniformed group and new to hockey, with the only pple to have played before being John and I. Hopefully, we keep on improving and we'll do ourselves proud this year.

On another note, BB has been great for me so far. Ive always held back joining those tutoring lil' kids schemes and stuff like that. Not cause they aren't good, but perhaps its hard to be very passionate if there was never a common bond or past. Anyways, im glad to have started out in the BB company from my church. Reminds me a lot of my primary school days and it really makes my saturday morning seeing those kids, playing soccer with them or just chatting with them. The kids are lovely and they really remember you which makes it really nice and memorable.
